Cannellini Beans100 g
Tomatoes150 g
Bell Pepper100 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil15 g
Lemon Juice15 ml
Parsley10 g
Salt2 g

Whole Grain Bread50 g

Instructions

Drain the sardines and cannellini beans (1 minute).

Wash and chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion into bite-sized pieces (7 minutes).
