Onion25 g
Lemon30 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Thinly slice the cabbage, finely grate the carrot, and thinly slice the onion (3 minutes).

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the sliced cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced onion. Add the sardines with their oil. Squeeze in the lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with fresh dill, salt, and black pepper (2 minutes). Gently toss to combine. Serve with whole grain crispbread.
