Quick Pork, Sauerkraut, and Lentil Skillet

- Olive Oil5 ml
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Ground Pork200 g
- Sauerkraut150 g
- Cooked Green Lentils100 g
- Potato100 g
- Vegetable Broth100 ml
- Paprika3 g
- Caraway Seeds2 g
Instructions

Step 1: Peel and dice the potato into small 1cm cubes. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the chopped onion, diced potato, and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring, until onion softens slightly.

Step 4: Stir in the drained sauerkraut, cooked green lentils, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Serve hot.
