Instructions

Slice the pork loin into thin strips. Thinly slice the red cabbage. Dice the apple. Finely chop the onion. (5 minutes)

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (0.5 minute). Add the pork strips, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned.

Add the chopped onion, red cabbage, diced apple, caraway seeds, remaining salt, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar (1 minute).

Sauté together with the pork for 3.5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender-crisp and the pork is cooked through.
