- Fish Sauce10 ml
- Rice Vinegar5 ml
- Garlic2 cloves

- Sesame Oil8 ml
- Pork Loin180 g
- Cabbage100 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
- Fresh Ginger5 g
Instructions

Thinly slice the pork loin against the grain. Shred the cabbage. Mince the garlic and ginger. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, and rice vinegar for the stir-fry sauce.

Cook the flat rice noodles according to package directions (usually 2-3 minutes for fresh or pre-soaked). Drain and set aside.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.
