Instructions

Slice the pork loin into thin strips (3 minutes). Chop the onion and mince the garlic (3 minutes). Grate the carrots (2 minutes). Thinly slice the cabbage (3 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the pork strips and sear for 5 minutes until browned on all sides.

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated carrots to the skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.

Stir in the thinly sliced cabbage, diced potatoes, vegetable broth, smoked paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Cover the skillet and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender-crisp and potatoes are cooked through. Serve hot.
