- Pork loin125 g
- Sauerkraut200 g
- Apple75 g
- Potato100 g
- Caraway seeds1.5 g

Thinly slice the pork loin into medallions. Thinly slice the onion, apple, and potato (ensure potato slices are very thin for quick cooking) (4 minutes).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork medallions and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned and cooked through (6 minutes). Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced onion and potato to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened. Add the sliced apple and caraway seeds, sauté for another 2 minutes (6 minutes).
