Quick Pork and Sauerkraut Stew with Potatoes

- Potatoes200 g
- Sauerkraut200 g
- Vegetable broth200 ml
- Paprika2 g
- Caraway seeds1 g
Instructions

Cut the pork into 2 cm cubes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Peel and dice the potatoes into 1.5 cm cubes. Drain and rinse the sauerkraut if desired, or use as is for stronger flavor. This takes 7 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the pork cubes and sear for 5 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove pork from the pot and set aside.

Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
