Pork Tenderloin250 g
Cabbage250 g
Carrot100 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil15 ml
Soy Sauce15 ml
Garlic10 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

Step 1: Thinly slice the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. Shred cabbage, julienne carrots, thinly slice onion, and mince garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Add the onion, carrots, cabbage, and minced garlic to the same pan. Stir-fry for 6-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 4: Return the cooked pork to the pan. Add soy sauce and stir for 1 minute to combine all ingredients and heat through. Serve immediately.
