Instructions

Step 1: Thinly slice the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. Shred cabbage, julienne carrots, thinly slice onion, and mince garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.
