Cabbage150 g
Onion50 g
Carrot50 g
Potato75 g
Oil5 ml
Vegetable Broth150 ml
Tomato Paste10 g
Paprika2 g
Caraway Seed1 g
Salt1 g
Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Slice the pork into thin strips (3 minutes).

Chop the onion, carrot, and potato into small cubes (5 minutes).

Shred the cabbage (2 minutes).

Heat the oil in a pot or deep pan over medium-high heat (1 minute).

Add the pork strips and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides (3 minutes).

Add the chopped onion, carrot, and potato to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened (3 minutes).

Stir in the tomato paste, paprika, and caraway seeds. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant (1 minute).

Add the shredded cabbage and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer (2 minutes).

Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and vegetables are tender (6 minutes).
