Quick Pork and Cabbage Sauté with Boiled Potatoes

- Garlic10 g
- Oil16 ml
- Salt2 g
- Pepper1 g
- Pork300 g
- Potato400 g
- Cabbage300 g
- Paprika4 g
- Water100 ml
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and place them in a pot with enough cold water to cover. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 15-18 minutes.

While potatoes cook, thinly slice the pork into strips. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika (3 minutes).

Thinly slice the cabbage, carrot, and onion. Mince the garlic (5 minutes).

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 4 minutes. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.
