Instructions

Thinly slice the pork loin against the grain (2 minutes). Prepare the vegetables: shred the bell pepper, slice the onion, and mince the garlic (3 minutes).

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and sear until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
