White fish fillet200 g
Olive oil15 ml
Salt1 g
Black pepper0.5 g
Cumin2 g
Paprika1 g
Tomato150 g
Red onion50 g
Cilantro10 g
Lime15 ml

Instructions

Pat the fish fillet dry thoroughly with paper towels.

Season the fish on both sides with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Carefully place the fish fillet in the hot skillet. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until opaque and cooked through.

While fish cooks, finely chop the tomato, red onion, and fresh cilantro. Combine in a small bowl.

Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the salsa mixture and stir gently.

Remove fish from skillet and place on a plate.
