Instructions

Thinly slice the bell peppers and onion (4 minutes). Season the minute steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides (1 minute).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and slightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. Add the minute steak in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary to avoid crowding). Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness (3 minutes total).

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
