- Celeriac150 g
- Leeks100 g

Instructions

Wash and peel the celeriac (3 minutes). Cut the celeriac into thin strips or small cubes (4 minutes). Wash and slice the leeks (rinse well to remove grit) (3 minutes). Pat the fish fillets dry and season generously with salt and pepper (2 minutes).
