Chicken Breast400 g
Mixed Greens200 g
Tomatoes200 g
Cucumber100 g
Bell Pepper100 g
Avocado50 g
Olive Oil30 ml
Vinegar10 ml
Salt2 g
Pepper1 g

Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips (3 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.

Wash and prepare the salad vegetables: wash mixed greens, dice tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper (5 minutes). Slice the avocado (1 minute).

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs for the dressing (2 minutes).

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the seasoned chicken strips and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly browned (6 minutes).

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper. Drizzle with the prepared dressing and toss gently (1 minute).
