- Oil20 ml
- Flour10 g

- Mushrooms200 g
- Buckwheat Groats120 g
- Vegetable Broth500 ml
- Mustard10 g
Instructions

Slice the beef thinly against the grain (3 minutes). Season generously with 2 g of salt and 1 g of pepper.

Slice the mushrooms and finely chop the onion (7 minutes).

In a medium saucepan, bring 400 ml of vegetable broth to a boil. Add the buckwheat groats, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until tender and liquid is absorbed (12 minutes).

While the buckwheat cooks, heat 20 ml of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the sliced beef in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned but still slightly pink inside (4 minutes). Remove beef and set aside.
