Cabbage150 g
Carrots100 g
Onion75 g
Potatoes100 g
Oil10 g
Paprika2 g
Salt1 g
Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Slice the pork thinly. Shred the cabbage. Dice the carrots, onion, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces. (10 minutes)

Heat the oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork slices and pan-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove pork from the pan and set aside. (4 minutes)

Add the diced onion and carrots to the same pan. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened. (4 minutes)

Add the shredded cabbage and diced potatoes to the pan. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is wilted and the vegetables are tender. (7 minutes)

Return the cooked pork to the pan and stir to combine and heat through. (1 minute)
