Instructions

Slice the beef steak into thin strips (5 minutes). Season generously with salt and pepper.

Chop the kale, slice the onion, and mince the garlic (5 minutes).

Heat 10 ml of olive oil in a large pan or skillet over high heat. Add the beef strips and sear quickly until browned on all sides but still slightly pink in the center, about 3-5 minutes depending on thickness. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
