Black Beans150 g
Bell Pepper100 g
Onion50 g
Corn50 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Cumin2 g
Chili Powder2 g
Salt1 g
Pepper0.5 g
Water50 ml

Instructions

Dice the bell pepper and onion (4 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute).

Add the ground turkey to the skillet and break it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the black beans (rinsed if canned) and corn to the skillet (1 minute).
