Chicken Breast (diced)200 g
Zucchini (diced)150 g
Tomato (diced)100 g
Corn (canned or frozen)50 g
Onion (diced)50 g
Bell Pepper (any color, diced)50 g
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil15 ml
Chili Powder4 g
Cumin3 g
Smoked Paprika3 g
Salt2 g
Fresh Cilantro5 g

Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Dice the zucchini and tomato. Dice the onion and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.

In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and the spice mix and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
