Instructions

Cut the beef (200 g, e.g., sirloin or flank steak) into small cubes or strips. Dice the potatoes (200 g) into 1-1.5 cm pieces. Chop the onion (70 g) and bell pepper (70 g). Mince the garlic (10 g). Chop the cilantro (5 g). (20 minutes)

Heat olive oil (10 ml) in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove beef from the pan and set aside. (7 minutes)

Add the diced potatoes to the same pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown and soften, about 8-10 minutes. (10 minutes)

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan with the potatoes. Cook, stirring, until the vegetables soften, about 5-7 minutes. (7 minutes)

Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder (5 g), cumin (4 g), paprika (2 g), salt (3 g), and pepper (1 g). Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. (1 minute)

Return the cooked beef to the pan. Add the corn (50 g) and stir everything together. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat the beef through and combine flavors. (2 minutes)
