Cut the beef (200 g, e.g., sirloin or flank steak) into small cubes or strips. Dice the potatoes (200 g) into 1-1.5 cm pieces. Chop the onion (70 g) and bell pepper (70 g). Mince the garlic (10 g). Chop the cilantro (5 g). (20 minutes)
