Canned lentils (drained and rinsed)400 g
Canned corn (drained)200 g
Olive oil30 ml
Apple cider vinegar15 ml

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the pre-cooked quinoa, drained and rinsed canned lentils, and drained canned corn.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and apple cider vinegar to make a simple vinaigrette.
