Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute). While heating, quickly chop 20 g onion and 5 g garlic (2 minutes). Measure out 200 g spinach, 2 g dried herbs, 2 g salt, and 1 g pepper (2 minutes). Total Prep: 5 minutes.

Add 25 ml olive oil to the hot pan (0.5 minutes).

Add 250 g ground turkey and break it up with a spoon, browning quickly (2.5 minutes).

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

Add the spinach and dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the spinach is just wilted (1.5 minutes).
