Instructions

Chop the onion and zucchini (6 minutes).

Mince the garlic (2 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute).

Add the ground turkey and brown, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion, zucchini, and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the vegetables are slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
