Quick High-Protein Beef Tacos

- chopped tomato70 g
- shredded cheese10 g
- olive oil (optional)5 g
- taco seasoning mix10 g
- water50 ml
- corn or wheat tortillas60 g
- shredded lettuce70 g
- salsa (from breakfast or store-bought)50 g
Instructions

If using very lean ground beef, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.

While the beef simmers, prepare your toppings: shred the lettuce and chop the tomato if not already done.
