Mushrooms200 g
Savoy Cabbage200 g
Onion100 g
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil20 ml
Pasta200 g
Vegetable Broth200 ml

Chop the onion (2 minutes). Mince the garlic (1 minute). Slice the mushrooms (2 minutes). Slice the savoy cabbage thinly (2 minutes). Total prep time: 7 minutes.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.

While the water heats, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the ground pork and brown it, breaking it up with a spoon, until cooked through (6 minutes). Drain off any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until softened (2 minutes). Add the minced garlic and dried thyme, cook until fragrant (1 minute).
