Quick Ground Pork, Mushroom, and Leek Skillet

Mushrooms200 g
Leek160 g
Onion40 g
Garlic10 g
Oil20 ml
Vegetable broth100 ml
Herbs4 g
Salt2 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion (40g), mince the garlic (10g), slice the mushrooms (200g), and thinly slice the white and light green part of the leek (160g). (Prep time: 10 minutes)

Heat the oil (20ml) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork (360g) and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary. (Cook time: 7 minutes)

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, and sliced leeks to the skillet with the pork. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened and the mushrooms are browned. (Cook time: 7 minutes)

Pour in the vegetable broth (100ml), add the herbs (4g), salt (2g), and pepper (0.6g). Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. (Cook time: 2 minutes)
