- Vegetable broth60 ml
Instructions

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Wash and chop the kale into bite-sized pieces. (3 minutes)

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 3 minutes. (3 minutes)
