Quick Ground Beef & Kale Skillet

Ingredients (Serves 2)

Ground beef100 g
Kale120 g
Onion50 g
Garlic5 g
Vegetable broth60 ml
Olive oil10 ml
Salt2 g
Black pepper1 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Wash and chop the kale into bite-sized pieces. (3 minutes)

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 3 minutes. (3 minutes)

Drain any excess fat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes until softened and fragrant. (2 minutes)

Stir in the chopped kale and vegetable broth. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, or until the kale has wilted and the broth has mostly evaporated. (3 minutes)
