Lean ground beef300 g

Bell pepper75 g

Cumin4 g
Smoked paprika2 g

Black pepper1 g
Canned black beans100 g
Canned corn75 g
Beef broth50 ml
Fresh cilantro10 g

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.

Add black beans, corn, and beef broth to the skillet.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has slightly thickened and flavors are combined.
