Mushrooms100 g
Cabbage150 g
Onion50 g

Ginger5 g
Olive oil10 ml
Soy sauce15 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Slice the mushrooms, thinly slice the cabbage, chop the onion, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger. (6 minutes)

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Drain any excess fat. (4 minutes)

Step 3: Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant. (1 minute)
