Celeriac200 g
Onion50 g

Instructions

Step 1: Peel and dice the celeriac into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic (5 minutes).

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 3 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Step 3: Add the diced celeriac, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: Pour in the vegetable broth, add thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 2 minutes, or until celeriac is tender-crisp. Serve immediately.
