Quick Garlic Prawns with Sautéed Seasonal Greens

Prawns650 g
Spinach400 g
Olive Oil60 g
Garlic20 g
Salt2 g
Pepper2 g
Chili Flakes2 g

Instructions

If using unpeeled prawns, peel and devein them (5 minutes).

Mince the garlic (2 minutes).

Wash the spinach or chard thoroughly (3 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute).

Add the minced garlic and chili flakes (if using) and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic (1 minute).

Add the prawns to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pink and cooked through (5 minutes).

Push the prawns to one side of the pan. Add the greens to the other side. Cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted (4 minutes).

Stir the prawns and greens together briefly (0 minutes).

Serve immediately.
