Instructions

Step 1 (Prep - 5 minutes): Slice the chicken breast into thin strips or bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the cabbage and carrots. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Step 2 (Cook - 4 minutes): Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and cooked through.

Step 3 (Cook - 3 minutes): Add the chopped onion, garlic, and carrots to the skillet. Sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables start to soften.

Step 4 (Cook - 1 minute): Stir in the sliced cabbage, vegetable broth, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring, until the cabbage slightly wilts and the broth is reduced. Serve hot.
