- Chicken broth or water50 ml
- Cooked rice or quinoa100 g
- Red onion, sliced30 g
- Garlic, minced5 g
- Canned crushed tomatoes150 g
- Olive oil5 ml
- Dried oregano0.5 g
- Salt0.5 g
- Black pepper0.2 g
- Chipotle in adobo sauce, minced (or 2g chili powder + 1g smoked paprika)5 g

- Canned black beans, rinsed and drained50 g
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add diced chicken breast and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
