Brown Rice110 g
Bell Pepper150 g
Zucchini150 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil15 g
Soy Sauce15 ml
Garlic Powder0.5 tsp
Ginger Powder0.5 tsp

Instructions

Cook brown rice according to package directions (approx. 15-20 minutes, or use pre-cooked for faster prep).

While rice cooks, slice chicken breast into thin strips. Chop bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add chicken strips and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.

Add chopped bell pepper, zucchini, and onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Toss to coat everything evenly.
