Zucchini300 g
Tomatoes200 g
Onion60 g
Garlic10 g
Olive Oil40 ml
Basil6 g
Oregano2 g
Salt3 g
Pepper1 g

Instructions

Cut 350g chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with 1g salt and 0.5g pepper. (Prep time: 3 minutes)

Slice 300g zucchini into rounds or half-moons. Dice 200g tomatoes. Finely chop 60g onion and 10g garlic. Chop 6g fresh basil. (Prep time: 7 minutes)

Heat 40ml olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and sear for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides. (Cook time: 5 minutes)

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. (Cook time: 2 minutes)

Add the sliced zucchini and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Season with remaining 2g salt, 1g pepper, 2g dried oregano (or fresh), and chopped fresh basil. Stir well. (Cook time: 1 minute)

Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring, until vegetables are slightly softened but still hold their shape. (Cook time: 2 minutes)
