Walnut40 g
Celery100 g
Lactose Free Mayonnaise40 g

Lemon Juice10 ml
Salt1 g
Pepper0.4 g
Lettuce40 g
Oil5 ml

Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into 1-2 cm pieces.

Heat 5 ml of oil (not listed as ingredient, using oil from dinner budget implicitly or add 5ml here?) in a pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute.

Add the diced chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and no longer pink. Remove chicken from the pan and let it cool slightly.
