Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded or diced100 g
Light Mayonnaise or Plain Greek Yogurt20 g
Celery, finely chopped20 g
Whole Wheat Tortilla40 g
Lettuce Leaves20 g
Tomato, sliced30 g
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, and celery.

Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat.

Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the tortilla.

Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the lettuce and tomato.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly.
