Bell Pepper80 g

Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into small pieces (3 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes (8 minutes).

While the chicken cooks, dice the bell pepper and red onion (4 minutes).

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, corn, diced bell pepper, and red onion (1 minute).

Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix everything together to coat evenly (1 minute).

Lay out the wraps. Divide the chicken salad mixture evenly between the two wraps (1 minute).
