Brown Rice180 g
Bell Pepper100 g
Onion50 g
Garlic10 g
Soy Sauce15 ml
Sesame Oil5 ml
Honey7 g
Ginger5 g
Olive Oil5 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Dice the bell pepper and onion. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey to create the stir-fry sauce.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 4: Add chicken strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.

Step 5: Add bell pepper, onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
