Quick Chicken and Winter Cabbage Stir-fry

Ingredients (Serves 1)

Chicken Breast220 g
Cabbage300 g
Carrot70 g
Onion70 g
Garlic1 clove
Olive Oil10 ml
Sesame Oil5 ml
Soy Sauce15 ml
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1: Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Shred the cabbage, julienne the carrot, thinly slice the onion, and mince the garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Add onion, carrot, and garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Step 4: Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender-crisp.

Step 5: Return chicken to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
