Instructions

Step 1: Thinly slice the chicken breast. Wash and roughly chop the kale. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Drain and rinse the white beans (7 minutes).

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and sauté for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
