Quick Chicken and Celeriac Sauté

- Chicken Broth50 ml
- Carrots75 g
- Onion50 g
- Olive Oil12.5 ml
- Salt1.5 g
- Black Pepper0.5 g
- Celeriac150 g
- Thyme1 g
Instructions

Step 1: Dice the chicken breast into 2 cm pieces. Peel and dice the celeriac and carrots into 1 cm cubes. Peel and chop the onion (7 minutes).

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté for 3 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.

Step 3: Add the diced celeriac, carrots, and onion to the pan. Sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with thyme, salt, and black pepper.
