Quick Chicken and Cabbage Stir-fry with Rice

Chicken Breast170 g
Cabbage150 g
Carrot50 g
Onion50 g
Garlic10 g
Soy Sauce15 ml
Ginger5 g
Olive Oil12 g
Rice120 g

Instructions

Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, slice chicken breast into thin strips. Thinly slice cabbage, julienne carrots, mince onion and garlic, and grate ginger.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Add onion, garlic, ginger, carrots, and cabbage to the same pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 4: Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce and toss to combine. Serve immediately over the cooked rice.
