Chicken Breast150 g
Brown Rice70 g
Cabbage150 g
Carrot50 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil10 g
Garlic2 cloves
Ginger5 g
Soy Sauce15 ml
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Cook brown rice according to package directions. While rice cooks, slice chicken breast into thin strips.

Thinly slice cabbage, julienne carrots, and finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add cabbage and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add soy sauce and black pepper, stir to combine.
