Quick Chicken and Cabbage Stir-fry
A speedy and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender chicken and crisp seasonal cabbage and carrots, seasoned with savory soy sauce and aromatic sesame oil.
Ingredients
- Chicken Breast200 g
- Carrots60 g
- Onion60 g
- Garlic5 g
- Sesame Oil5 ml
- Olive Oil5 ml
- Cabbage225 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
Instructions

Slice 400g of chicken breast into thin strips (2 minutes).
- 2Step 2
Thinly slice 450g of cabbage, 120g of carrots, and 120g of onion. Mince 10g of garlic (5 minutes).

Heat 10ml of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned and cooked through (3 minutes). Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add the sliced onion, carrots, and cabbage to the same pan. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Return the chicken to the pan. Add 30ml of soy sauce and 10ml of sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine and heat through (1 minute). Serve immediately.
