Cabbage150 g
Bell Pepper100 g

Soy Sauce10 ml
Water15 ml

Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips (3 minutes). Thinly slice the cabbage and bell pepper (2 minutes). Mince the garlic (1 minute).

Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over high heat (1 minute). Add the chicken strips and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and mostly cooked through.

Add the sliced cabbage, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pan. Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until vegetables are slightly tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and water. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, stir to coat, and cook for 1 minute until the sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
