Chicken Breast200 g
Cabbage150 g
Carrot75 g
Onion50 g
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Chicken Broth50 ml
Paprika2 g
Dill1 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips (2 minutes). Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Thinly slice the cabbage, julienne the carrot, mince the onion, and crush the garlic (4 minutes).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for 1 minute.

Add chicken strips to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add onion, garlic, and carrots to the same skillet and sauté for 2 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the sliced cabbage and chicken broth to the skillet. Cover and cook for 2 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.

Return the chicken to the skillet. Stir in fresh dill (if using) and cook for 1 minute until heated through. Adjust seasoning to taste.
