Quick Chicken and Cabbage Skillet

Ingredients (Serves 1)

Chicken Breast220 g
Cabbage250 g
Carrot75 g
Onion75 g
Olive Oil20 ml
Chicken Broth100 ml
Garlic10 g
Paprika3 g
Salt2 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

Step 1: Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Shred cabbage, julienne carrots, and thinly slice onion. Mince garlic.

Step 2: Heat 10ml olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Add the remaining 10ml olive oil to the skillet. Add sliced onion, carrots, and cabbage. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 4: Return chicken to the skillet. Add minced garlic, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 2 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately.
